Term of Service: 12/17/2021 until 06/17/2022 (3 months prior to Purim until 3 months after Purim )

Set Up Fee: $100 Early Bird Discount: Setup fee waived ONLY if we receive signed contract (and members list, if you want us to import a list for you) by November 24,2021. Sorry, but there are NO EXCEPTIONS!

Minimum HappyPurim.com Service Fee: $250 (only applies if you raise less than $9,100)

HappyPurim.com Service Fee: 2.75% (gross of all funds raised)

1. By signing below you agree to the terms and conditions on this document, as well as the Happy Purim License Agreement located at https://www.happypurim.com/admin/licenseagreement.aspx
2. If selecting Payment Processing Option “A” then the following apply:
   1. Distribution of Proceeds: 75% of funds from cleared transactions will be paid within one week of the event, 15% of the funds will be paid after 60 days and 10% after 90 days.
   2. Credit card fees are subject to change at any time. We will inform you by email if there are any changes.
   3. In the event that charge-backs or disputes occur, arising out of a transaction processed for the benefit of your organization, your organization shall be responsible for the disputed amount as well as associated charges and fees. A $20 service fee per dispute shall be added as an administrative charge. These charges and fees described shall be deducted on account from the funds being withheld from your organization. In the event no funds on account are available, your organization shall reimburse Happy Purim LLC within 30 days of receiving notice.
3. If selecting Payment Processing Option “B” then the following apply:
   1. You are responsible for all of your own merchant services fees including any gateway fees. All invoices from HappyPurim.com not paid within 15 days of receipt are subject to a $150 late fee.
   2. If you would like to use PayPal, Google Checkout, or a gateway other than Authorize.net, please contact us.
4. Please note: If the Happy Purim Support team is required to upload your members list more than one time, there will be an additional $25 fee per additional upload.
